I have spoken on the phone to you to cancel my booking in advance and get a refund for this.
However, I still got sent a driver. And now, I am trying to get my refund and this has still not been processed after 4 working days of back and forth with the team.
This is a small administritive matter that can be resolved in minutes, I did not make the journey - so why the delay in refunding.
I now fear that I will never see the money back in my account. I have paid £337.50 for a journey that never happened. Would not recommend.
Please issue my refund!!"
